By using the OpticPath website, you agree to these terms and to use the service lawfully and respectfully.

2. Educational service

OpticPath provides educational material about photography gear selection. Course descriptions are guidance and do not constitute a promise that a particular product or approach will suit every photographer.

3. Catalog and pricing

Catalog information, formats, durations, and prices are presented for planning. The current enrollment or commercial terms will be confirmed by OpticPath before any paid arrangement.

4. Browser features

Fallows and cart functions use local browser storage. You are responsible for the device and browser environment in which you use those features.

5. Intellectual property

OpticPath names, written lessons, interface structure, and original design elements belong to OpticPath or its licensors. You may view the site for personal use but may not reproduce or redistribute original content without written permission.
